TG Elite Strength & Athletic Performance

As one of our 4 Pillars of Growth, the purpose of the TG Elite Strength & Athletic Performance program is to build both well-rounded athletes and elite performing basketball players. Led by former NBA Head Strength Coach, Bryan Doo, players will train in age appropriate programs in the following areas:

  • Agility – Mobility – Flexibility
  • Efficient & Optimal Movement Patters (general & sport specific)
  • Strength – Power – Explosiveness
  • Endurance & Conditioning
  • Injury Prevention & Athletic Longevity

This program is open to all players & levels.  Players will be grouped by age, experience, and current athletic abilities. TG Elite club team players, and those participating in any of our other TG Elite programs, will be offered varying levels of included access as well as other discounted training packages. 

Being a member of TG Elite is not required to join our Strength & Athletic Performance program. All training sessions will be held in the Sudbury Field House.
