Randall Hardy

Director of Operations. TG Elite Coach

Coach Randall

Originally from Oxford, Georgia, basketball has been a part of Randall's life since the age of 4. He attended Newton High (GA), where he was a standout athlete in track, football, and basketball. Offered the opportunity to play in college for both basketball and football, Coach Randall accepted a scholarship to attend Davidson College as a student-athlete and member of their football team. Graduating from Davidson with a B.S in Psychology, Randall developed a passion for helping youth and young adults grow and become the best versions of themselves. He saw first hand what the impact of having a consistent and positive role model in a child’s life could have.

After college, Randall returned to Georgia, coaching AAU for two years until he moved to Madison, Wisconsin. In Wisconsin, he obtained his Master’s in Psychology while working with youth on and off the court and fields.

Randall and his family then landed in Wayland in 2021 and have been members of TG Elite since its inception, coaching basketball and assisting with other youth programs.
