TG Elite Club Program
Elementary and Middle School Registration for Spring Tryouts is now Open!
(High School Tryout Date Announcement Coming Soon)
In our first year, starting Spring 2025,
TG Elite will have two AAU Club programs for boys & girls, grades 3rd – 11th.
- TG Elite is our recruited, tryout based grassroots program. This program is for the players are all-in on basketball and have aspirations of playing at the highest levels. Players in this program are expected to put their TG Elite commitment first, before all other activities other than Academics.
2.TG Elite Town will be for our year-round multisport athletes, providing flexibility of schedule, less tournaments & less of a time commitment overall. This program is ideal for MetroWest Basketball Travel teams that want to continue to play with their friends while playing other sports. Other than the flexibility, nothing is different between the two options. Same uniforms, same access to our resources, skill sessions, included gear, etc.
3. Hybrid Options: We’ve had several players, especially our multi-sport kids, participate on teams as practice players with Tournaments being optional/TBD. These players pay $550-650 and then $40-50 per tournament they play in. Hybrid Option players still get all of the gear, practices, & skill sessions, as well as discounts and access to all other programs. I’ve also had entire teams that sign up for this option and then make decisions, as a group, on which tourney weekends they want to play in. Before teams are finalized, I’ll offer this option when it makes sense depending on the make-up of that team.

Coaches & Teams
The number of teams we have will be determined by the number of quality coaches in our program. When it comes to our TGE coaching staff, we will always take a less is more, and a quality over quantity approach to ensure we are delivering what we promise!
Tournaments & Practices
TG Elite practices will vary from team-to-team but the standard is typically two practices/week and one optional skill session. For our TGE Town teams, it’s one practice/week and one optional skill session. With that said, given the amount of available space and resources we have, practice routines can be customized on a team-team basis.
As for tournament play, we will compete regionally at first, being highly selective in the tournaments we enter while we remain true to one of our core principles – “Gaines over Games!” Now don’t get it twisted, we’re not anti-games! We love to play and compete, but things have gone too far. Our aim is to at least have a 1:1 practice to game ratio, which is unheard of in AAU.
It’s this emphasis and commitment to practice & development that led us to pursue our master lease contract with the Sudbury Field House, where we will have up to 6 courts for practice/skill work, Dr. Dish Shooting Stations, and a turf area for our age appropriate Strength & Athletic Performance Training.
For our High School teams, regarding which “circuit” we’ll play on – we’ve spoken to four of them and will make our final decision once we we’re ready. We will choose the one that is most aligned with our mission and goals for our players.
