Spring 2025
“When it’s all said and done, The Game is Fair. We get what we earn. Nothing worth having comes easy. There are no short cuts, there are no cheat codes. There’s only the work. No Excuses - Blame No One - Do Something!”
– Donny Guerinoni (TG Elite Co-Founder, D1 Coach at Stanford, LSU, Harvard, TCU) & Bryan Doo (TG Elite Co-Founder, Owner Optimal Fitness, NBA Strength Coach of the Year — Boston Celtics 2017)
At TG Elite Basketball, we’re more than just a hoops program - we’re a community of passionate coaches, mentors, and teachers, dedicated to empowering young athletes and helping them to reach their full potential on and off the court. Our mission is to educate through athletics, while pushing one another to be the best versions of ourselves. Our coaches and mentors have experience with world class organizations from the Boston Celtics to Stanford, Harvard to LSU, TCU to Northwestern, and we look forward to giving to others what this game has given to us — Everything.
One of our core beliefs and philosophies, “The Game Is Fair,” simply stated means — we get what we earn. Like most things in life, the more we put in, the more we get out. The more we give, the more we get. Nothing worth having comes easy. There are no shortcuts, there are no cheat codes – there’s only the work.
We are committed to doing our part in bettering the game and the players we coach, where development and the work will always come first. Emphasizing gains over games, we will be selective in our tournaments, focusing on preparing our players for what lies ahead, when it counts the most. By prioritizing holistic athletic and personal development, we will focus on our 4 Pillars of Growth: Skills & IQ — Athletic Performance & Longevity — Nutrition & Wellness — Community Impact.
